Our club, Charitable Trinkets, makes and sells items such as, but not limited to, necklaces, bracelets, and keychains. The profits we receive will be used to buy canned foods to donate to The San Diego Food Bank.
How does our club work?
Typically, at meetings, we make trinkets with provided instructions and materials. Periodically, the executive board will sell the trinkets. The profit is then donated to The San Diego Food Bank.
Members are able to earn service hours through making trinkets. Be sure to fill out the hours form below after each meeting! You can also check your hours on the spreadsheet linked below.
We have sell days periodically, usually every other month. Be sure to follow our Instagram and sign up for our emails to hear about sell day announcements!
The San Diego Food Bank
With the profit we make, we donate it through canned goods to The San Diego Food Bank. In San Diego, about 450,000 people face food insecurity every day. The San Diego Food Bank combats this by operating multiple hunger-relief and resource programs.
